A little girls birthday party

I've been meaning to post this up for a while now... since beginning of April actually!
I finally get a chance to. I had to wait to get the pictures from my lovely sister who also has a blog glorious daisies and was the photographer of this party. I give her credit. She is awesome!!
............................
This was my sister-in-laws 5 year old daughter Isabella's birthday party that I decorated.
I was so thrilled to help decorate because this is where my creativity came in use!!
I really enjoyed making the tissue pom poms.
This adorable frame tea set was found at an Antique shop.
It was so darling and fit the occasion so well!
Wasn't the cake just adorable~
I had lots of fun creating the happy birthday banner and the garland which is made out of stained coffee filters, paper, ribbons, lace, and cup cake wrappers. I used a cricut machine to cut the happy birthday letters.
The sweet princess admiring her sweets!
I went outside and cut some cherry blossom branches to use as decor.
Every event (even a little girls birthday party) needs real flowers!
It was my first time but I made these yummy chocolate candy balls. Kids loved them!
I developed pictures of the birthday girl and re-arranged frames on the wall as part of the decor.
Its always fun working with tissue!! including ceiling decor!
Decorated the chandelier with some ribbons.
There can't be a party without a candy station of course!
Another handmade garland up close. This one had paper doilies, cupcake wrappers, ribbions, pink fabric peonies.
Sweet Treats up close~
I really enjoy decorating birthday parties!
They are so much fun.
Check out my sons first birthday party here.
Have a Lovely Thursday~

Really cute. How did you get the poms to float on walls and in corners like that? I make these but have to hang them from the ceiling gtom twine with tape. I like your way.
