From Sunrise to Sunset

On July 8, 2012 we celebrated our 5 year anniversary
From Sunrise to Sunset.
We woke up at 4 am and drove an hour to watch the most beautiful sunrise on Mt. Haleakala
Good thing we brought blankets from home because it was 38 degrees freezing at 10,000 feet elevation. The ride seemed so long driving in pitch black, but once we reached the summit, it was the most magnificant view I have ever seen! We were above the clouds. Waiting for 5:50am Sunrise to peek through the horizon.
After the view, we drove back down to Kihei and had a yummy breakfast on the beach at Sarentos.
Then we checked in for one night at the Four Seasons Hotel.
Slept on the beach.
Went to get our massages, pedicures & manicures.
Had lunch on the beach and just relaxed.
Followed by a nice sunset dinner.
Our son was with his grandma for the day and night so we could enjoy our time all to ourselves.
It was so romantic and the best way to celebrate our 5 years Together!
I'm so blessed to have my husband Edward in my life.
Looking forward for our future and our life with 2 boys.

What a beautiful way to spend your anniversary! My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Maui and didn't go up to the summit, now I am wishing we had. Our year anniversary is this next month and all these Maui pictures have me missing our time there. It's such an amazing place.
