Eclectic Hostess // part two

I wanted my guests to feel extra special as they entered my home. By the entry I created a little warm welcoming table with desserts/tea and gifts for them. I wanted them to also notice a picture of them and I of a dear memory we shared together.

In these photos I'm adding last minute touches such as name tags tied around each napkin with vintage lace ribbon.

The console table was repainted using Ann Sloan chalk paint and replaced with new knobs.
The fabric garland was made using vintage and new fabrics that I had left over from a christmas garland I made a few years back. click here to see.
The Frame with the photos is from World Market.
Other details (deer, lantern, vase, pinecones) are all antique finds.
The Book "Circle of Friends" was pulled out from my shelf randomly and it happened to match the theme so well. :)

>>Stay tuned for more photos as my guests arrived.

This is utterly exquisite, your home is beautiful and it's evident you've given huge thought into the smallest of touches. Lovely! x
